Placinta cu dovleac

De obicei placintele noastre au foaie de aluat atat deasupra cat si dedesubt, dar nici aceasat nu-i de neglijat. Imi place toarte mult, aluatul este usor crocant pentru ca am folosit vodca pentru a alega aluatul. Alcoolul se va evapora iar crusta va ramane crocanta. Umplutura este cremoasa peste masura, nu te poti opri din mancat.







Ingrediente

Aluat
300 grame faina
1 lingura zahar
un praf de sare
113 gr unt rece
2-3 linguri vodca

Umplutura
3 oua
170 gr zahar
un praf de sre
scortisoara
1/4 lingurita nucsoara
1/4 lingurita ghimbir pudra
200 ml lapte condensat
400 gr pulpa de dovleac
